Come grow with us
We are the fastest growing school district in the state on a percentage basis, increasing in student population by 15-30 percent annually for the past 10 years!

Needless to say, there is a great deal of opportunity for employment in our district - please feel free to apply at any time for all positions. Hard to fill areas are special education, bilingual/ESL, math, science, library science, and counseling, to name a few; however, our growth makes all teaching and administrative areas a high priority.

FISD is dedicated to attracting and retaining the highest quality educators and employees. Some benefits to working in the Frisco ISD are a competitive salary structure, an academy for teachers new to the profession, a commitment to professional development and training, access to innovative teaching grants through the Frisco Education Foundation, and being part of a family that cares about young people and each other.

So, consider joining our team - come grow with us!

Substitute Teaching
We are now taking applications for substitute teachers for the 2009-2010 school year.   At this point we will only be accepting applicants who are certified teachers or are currently enrolled in an alternative certification program.  You will be required to submit a copy of your teaching certificate or a letter from your alternative certification program before you are able to attend an orientation.

Attention teacher applicants (October 29,2007)
We have added another step to the teacher application process. You now need to complete the TeacherInsight Interview in addition to filling out an online application. Information is found above in the Certified Professional Teachers and Staff section.

About Our Job Postings
Teaching positions posted on the website site may not reflect all available positions. Frisco ISD typically posts positions for critical needs and difficult-to-fill areas. For this reason, the Human Resources Department accepts applications throughout the year for all teaching positions.
