FRISCO INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT SECTION 504 RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED

The Frisco Independent School District will destroy and will no longer make available any Section 504 records for school years dated from the 2016-2017 for students who have inactive status or have graduated. Parents, guardians or students 18 years or older who would like to have a copy of their records must submit a written request to Frisco ISD, Student Services Section 504 Department, 5515 Ohio Drive, Frisco, TX 75035 or section504@friscoisd.org attention Jason M. Ellis. All requests must be received in writing by Friday, November 4, 2022.
