Scholarship Program
 The FEF Scholarship Program offers opportunity to FISD graduating high school seniors to apply for college scholarships through the Foundation. In addition to scholarships funded by the Foundation, the Foundation prides itself in serving as the catalyst for outside donors to award scholarships to FISD graduating high school seniors in the name of their corporation, organization, or in memory/honor of an individual.

Grant Program
“Grants for Great Ideas!” is a program offered to FISD educators to enhance the overall learning environment of the students in FISD at the district, campus, and classroom level. Such projects are not otherwise funded by the district and would not be possible without the grant award. These grants impact students across the district.

Mindbender Academy
 Open only to FISD middle school students, debuted in June 2008. This week long camp encourages campers to explore the world of high technology, engineering, math, and science. Each day covers an exciting new subject with its own hands-on projects. Mindbender Academy was made possible through the generosity of corporate sponsors and partners such as Raytheon, Sanyo Energy, AmerisourceBergen, FarStar, EDS Credit Union, Strasburger & Price L.L.P., North Dallas Bank and Trust, Cisco, Janimation, Leadership Frisco Class 11, and Bart & Jana Crowder. Curriculum is designed by FISD staff and corporate employees, experts in the above respective fields.
