Free GED Classes
Any adult living in Frisco Independent School District who did not graduate from high school and would like to obtain a General Equivalency Diploma may attend classes free of charge on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Student Opportunity Center, 6928 Maple Street. Testing is offered twice a month and the schedule is available from the office at 6928 Maple Street. Test fees are $85 due in a money order form when the person registers. In addition to the fee, applicants for the test must be a current Texas resident, provide photo ID or driver’s license and a social security number.
